I can add an icon within PerlApp but I get the error as shown below.

The file icons\1461817487_Blue.ico contains the following 1 icon:

1: 128x128, 32 bits [can't find package ico 0.3]

My application compiles and runs but there is no icon in the EXE.

PerlApp version 9.5.1 build 300018

- Icon substitution is only supported on Windows and OS X, so if you want a custom icon you must wrap your application on the platform for which it is targeted. You cannot cross-platform wrap.

- Does your Icon work as intended if it is present in the same folder as the wrapped .exe file? It is not always possible for a properly "bound" icon file to be handled correctly from the local TEMP folder. A requirement for a Third-Party icon library, a local Policy setting, or a virus scanner are all examples of reasons why a bound icon can fail.

- Icon generation programs are not all equal. There is a Standard for Icons, but there is significant variation in the output between programs, and some Icon Generators will not produce compatible icons. Try at least one other icon generator, in case the issue is in the generation step.
