I'm getting an error installing cx_oracle using pypm for Python

After installing ActiveState python, I attempted to install the cx_oracle library.

Here's the error I received:
C:\Users\foo>pypm install cx-oracle
The following packages will be installed into "%APPDATA%\Python" (2.7):
Get: [] cx-oracle 5.1.1
error: Can't install cx-oracle-5.1.1: HTTP Error 404: Not Found

So, I rebooted, and checked that:
- C:\Python27;C:\Python\Scripts; is at the start of the PATH variable
- python -V returns "Python 2.7.8"

A recent update of PyPM has broken the Win32 repository. We should have it back in order later today.
