Installing ActivePerl on Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012

I am working on migration of a legacy application that uses ActivePerl on Windows 2000 server.
Can ActivePerl run on 32-bit or 64 bit Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012?

Thanks,

No, if you're thinking about running the same Perl that ran on your old Win 2K boxes.

Yes, if you're talking about running a new Perl. Your use case may need a paid license with a new Perl. The current license terms for the free Community Edition version are here:

New Perl or old, you should contact our Sales team for a more detailed review of your plans.
