install Active Perl on Windows 2012 server (64) IIS 8

I manually added the Handler Mappings for *.pl
When I try to access a perl page I get this error.

502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

Strawberry Perl works just fine.

Any suggestions?

If you need PerlEx, you need a 32-bit ActivePerl to get it, and that means you need to set 32-bit Applications = True on your Application Pool.
