PPM 5.18 repository doesn't work

Just did a clean install of ActivePerl 5.18 and the Perl Package Manager displays this:

Synchronizing Database ...
Downloading ActiveState Package Repository packlist ... not found

The URL listed in Preferences | Repositories is:

Which doesn't exist.

When is the ActivePerl 5.18 repository going to be up (assuming that's the problem)?

A number of changes to the way we build for Win32 have been applied, starting with the 5.18 branch. A side-effect of all of these changes is that many automated process, such as PPM builds, are no longer running smoothly. Enough of them have been eliminated that we are able to issue Perl 5.18 releases now, but we still do not have the PDK or PPM infrastructure fully up to speed.

Once the basics are addressed, the PPM build systems will begin populating the repository. This will also be a long term project; even without the major changes, the 5.16 repository took weeks before it had large numbers of modules.

This is still a problem on 12-11-2013. http://ppm4.activestate.com/MSWin32-x86-64int/5.18/1800/package.xml is still 404.

Same problems as above on 2014-02-14. I am using Perl64.

5.18 for OS X has been available since October.
Linux and Windows might be working by March.
