wx missing from 5.10 (both 32 and 64 bit)?

OS: Windows XP Pro
Can't seem to locate wx or wxPerl in PPM. The build status for 5.10 seems to be stuck on March of 2008 (according to my brief Google search). Does anyone have a current status of these modules?
