very minor features: remove a file from the MRU list if not found on attempted open

Here's a very minor feature that would be nice to see.

User goes to "recent files / recent projects" and tries to open a file.
Since the file was deleted by the user, Komodo reports "file not found"
It would be nice if Komodo automatically removed that entry from the MRU list.

This feature seems to be pretty common among the other text editors out there, so there's that.
