Problem with the NTLM module ("...ppm install failed: Can't extract files...")

I can not install the ppm module NTLM.
When I execute the command "ppm install NTLM" the resulting error message is:
"Unpacking NTLM-1.05...ppm install failed: Can't extract files from C:
\DOCUME~1\sven\LOCALS~1\Temp\ppm-rE4t9N/NTLM-1.05.tgz"

The problem seem to be that the following file:
http://ppm4.activestate.com/MSWin32-x86/5.10/1004/B/BU/BUZZ/NTLM-1.05.ta...
is more or less empty.

In that google groups thread, I got a suggestion about how to install 1.03, but maybe someone reading this forum can fix the corrupted file "NTLM-1.05.tar.gz" in the repository, or suggest some other easy way of installing the NTLM version 1.05 ?
(By saying "easy way", I mean really easy with instructions about what commands to execute, since I am not really a perl programmer, but just needs to have it installed for being able to execute a perl script that needs the NTML module...)
