ppm4 doesn't get installed

OS: Windows Server 2003

Hello,
we have had an older Active State Perl installation (perl 5.6). then we upgraded to Active state perl 5.8. But still only ppm3 is there.

I 've just installed the current Active State 5.8 again (without uninstalling the older one) - but still only ppm3 is there.

What am I doing wrong?
