PPM installing CGI::Application::Plugin::TT failed

OS: Windows Server 2003

I installed CGI::Application::Plugin::TT 1.00 in win2003 in 12/2008 successfully.

I now change my machine, reset enrionment, installing CGI::Application::Plugin::TT in the new machine but failed. TT is not in repository list.

It make me in a difficult situation, and my development stuck in the middle.

Anybody have idea could help me tide over? I do need TT.
