Komodo GUI Building

OS: Windows XP Pro
Hi,
I'm trying to Build an application using Perl/Tcl. I'm using Komodo IDE, but i can't seem to find where i can select the toolkit to select the widgets used to create my windows.
Can anyone help me on this?

If you want to try a GUI Builder for Perl/Tcl with Komodo, look at the one available at http://spectcl.sourceforge.net/. Komodo does not have a built-in GUI builder.
