Installing extensions

It's a small point. But the old instructions for installing a Komodo extension are being shipped with 5.0 and they will no longer work because there is no 'install' button in the relevant dialog ('In the Extension Manager dialog box, click the Install... button.'). Now you just open the extension in Komodo. So suggest old doc. be deleted (I wasted 15 minutes thrashing around)
