The long-awaited followup to the first Haml highlighter published

This one works with Komodo 5.*, and also on Linux -- Todd pointed
out to me it wasn't working earlier. It turns out that the
lexres file contained carriage-returns in it. And I thought I
had built the extension on a Mac.
