Downloading Certain Packages

I am trying to run a program from a third party that has PPM and ActivePerl as one of its system requirements. The directions say to install about 8 packages. First by adding three extra repositories, then searching for and finding the packages. The problem is that only two of the packages exist.
Here is a list:
# date-pcalc
# HTML-Parser [FOUND OK]
# file-slurp
# datetime
# XML-LibXML-Common
# XML-LibXML
# XML-LibXSLT
# DBI [FOUND OK]

When I added the repository areas they all seemed to work. There were between 3 and 668 packages listed under # packages.
* NAME: winnipeg & LOCATION: http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms
* NAME: bribes & LOCATION: http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm/package.lst
* NAME: sourceforge & LOCATION: http://openinteract.sourceforge.net/ppmpackages

So my question is, have some of those packages been deleted? Did I do something wrong? Or is there a nice site where I can search for an alternate source of these packages?

Thanks.

The version of ActivePerl you are running makes a very big difference to which PPMs are available. If you have 64-bit 5.10.0 and the third party product was expecting to install against 32-bit 5.6.1, the available modules will be quite different from what the install directions suggest.
