Could I publish Komodo Edit packages on PPA repositoris of Ubuntu?

According to PPA terms and conditions, CC-BY-SA softwares accepted (and some other licenses!). And according to Komodo Edit license, it has CC-BY-NC-SA license. Now, can I create deb packages of Komodo Edit?

And, is this important if I name it Komodo Edit or Open Komodo? Which one is better?

We're happy to have people making Linux packages of Komodo Edit, but I should clarify how it's licensed:

The CC-BY-NC-SA license covers the Komodo documentation only:

Open Komodo (the project that Komodo Edit is built from) is under the Mozilla Public Licence:

I think naming the package "Komodo Edit" would be best.
