Can't run PPM GUI

OS: Windows Server 2003

From the command line I type PPM and get the following error:

Can't locate ActivePerl/PPM/limited_inc.pm in 
@INC (@INC contains: G:/Perl/site/lib G:/Perl/lib .) 
at G:\Perl\bin\ppm line 4. 
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at G:\Perl\bin\ppm line 4.

If I try to run the PPM from the start menu, PPM does not load. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
