Can no longer open Komodo IDE except under root

Hi,
Since updating to Komodo IDE 5.1 I can no longer open it under any account but root.

Starting with -v I do receive warning messages :

komodo: warning environment variable could possibly conflict with Komodo operation: 'MOZ_PIS_API=2'
komodo: warning environment variable could possibly conflict with Komodo operation: 'MOZ_PISMOZBINDIR=./../lib/mozilla'
komodo: warning environment variable could possibly conflict with Komodo operation: 'MOZ_PIS_API=2'
komodo: warning environment variable could possibly conflict with Komodo operation: 'MOZ_PIS_SESSION PID=#####'

and then Komodo fails to start, I get these when starting under root as well but Komodo does start.

Is there a permissions issue somewhere?

I am running Ubuntu remix 8.04.
I have not had a similar problem on Debian 4 or 5.

Please download and install Komodo 5.2, there was a recent bug in Komodo 5.1 that installed incorrect file permissions when run as root. You can download the latest version from here:
