alternate icon for Komodo Edit

I noticed while having multiple windows open that the current white styled icon of Komodo Edit was hard to distinguish in my mass of shortcut icons and window icons.

I also noticed it was very easy to manage and deal with Adobe apps with their style of icons, so I made my own Komodo Edit icon based on the colors from the main site.

lol, but I just noticed that the favicon icon from the open komodo site (http://www.openkomodo.com/) would have been a good alternative as well. :P *sigh*

At the risk of appearing to say "me too," I also created a custom icon with a different style (but similar color scheme) for OS X, too, that I've been using for a couple months now. You've inspired me to share it, too.

Like you, I also find the white Komodo icon tends to get lost on the desktop, and when searching for my favorite editor, my eyes always gravitate toward yellow -- probably because it reminds me of the familiar jEdit icon I used for years (and UltraEdit before that).

I've included a link to the file (in OS X icns format) here. Basically, it's much like the current Komodo icon, but with a bolder color scheme.

I downloaded your icon, but it looks like the same file as the one I attached... ( not like you described ) did the wrong file get linked to?

As soon as I uploaded my version, I noticed that just changing the color of the current icon would have worked as well. :P I'd like to see what you did with it.

Indeed, I apparently uploaded the wrong file (in fact, I'd accidentally just copied your original file; sorry about that!) I've fixed the link now.

Haven't tested the file on Windows myself, but using http://iconverticons.com, I made an ico format version for other platforms, too:

Windows ico format
OS X icns format
PNG format
