When a menu item on toolbar buttons has no tooltiptext attribute a little empty rectangle is shown or the last tooltip shown on screen.

This seems a stupid problem but when I try to use a tooltip element I see both the little rectangle and my tooltip content.

A simple scenario to reproduce the problem:

1. close and reopen komodo edit
2. Open the 'Show specific toolbar' toolbar menu and hover on the menu item 'Command output' to see the little rectangle.

Another scenario to see the last shown tooltip used on elements without tooltip.
1. close and reopen komodo edit
2. Hover on 'New File' icon and wait that tooltip text appears 'New File Using...'
3. Open the 'Show specific toolbar' toolbar menu and hover on the menu item 'Command output' to see the tooltip text 'New File Using...'

As I saw above this causes problems with tooltip associated to menu item, another problem is tooltip shown at random screen position
