Support for OpenKomodo UUID

Due to the fact that the "open" version is KomodoEdit and OpenKomodo (as separated application) is no longer supported may I remove its UUID from install.rdf extensions?

If this can be done also the wiki must be updated

That's right, it is deprecated, and anyone running one of those builds should know they were never that stable either =). I've adjusted the wiki content.
