PerlTray 7.2 - Balloons Not Displaying Properly on XP SP3

OS: Windows XP Pro

On Windows XP Pro SP3 using the latest PerlTray 7.2.0 with ActivePerl 5.10 the included sample perltray app doesn't display a legible balloon - it looks as if the shadow is displayed by there is no yellow body and no text shown.
