Managing Forum Subscriptions

I've subscribed to several forum discussions.
In each email there is a link for managing my subscriptions:
http://community.activestate.com/user/532/subscriptions
Clicking on it always leads me to a web page displaying "Access Denied", even when I'm logged into the community portal.
I just can't find the location for managing my subscriptions. Please let me know where to find it.

The module we use for that changed significantly during the recent site upgrade. It should be working now.
