Are there any specific settings you'd like to copy to your linux installation?

I'm asking this as a lot of the Komodo settings are specific to the platform it is run upon (workspace, recently opened files/projects, run commands, etc...), and as such would not have a particular value when copied over (and may not function currently as a result).

Note: I haven't tested this.

The komodo application should not be running when you do this. You could try directly copying your "prefs.xml" and "toolbox.kpf" from your Komodo profile directory across, see:
