Komodo Edit 4.2b1 selection bug

OS: Windows XP Pro

If I have a line which starts with a word with a $ in the front of it the selection is bugous.

Try to select this:
$abcde
with the keyboard starting from the end and moving to the front while the SHIFT is down. The first $ will be highlighted with the "a" together. It is a display only bug, because the cursor is in the good place.

I hope I was enough clear to reproduce this minor problem.

The same effect with the following characters: #@:
I am editing a ruby file and these are ruby prefixes.

It is confusing because not all highlighted characters will be placed on the clipboard in the case of copy.
