Kmodo can't see PDK

OS: Windows Vista
I just purchased and installed the PDK---sooo kewl. But my Komodo 4.2.1 PDK buttons are greyed out. Whats wrong?

Even if everything is installed properly, this happens when Komodo does not know you are working with a Perl script. As soon as a Perl script is loaded into Komodo, the buttons colorize.
