I know this issue has been mentioned several times, but it's REALLY starting to bug me, so I'm going to be a Squeeky Wheel about it.

PLEASE please pretty please can we have an option to disable the default breakpoint at the start of every page load?

I timed a few standard debugging sessions, and I'm spending about 15% of my time twiddling my thumbs while my machine context switches between the browser and Komodo, just so I can click the start button. If I'm debugging heavily interactive things like form submissions, it can be as much as 25% of my time.

Then of course there are all the issues with automatic content updating thru AJAX, etc. I'm finding myself having to comment out my AJAX updates during debugging sessions, otherwise Komodo breaks every 10 seconds.

Seems like it would be a very small amount of work to save a huge amount of time and frustration!
