The partial update failed (when I went to Help: Check for Updates) after a restart, and the full Beta 7 file had to be downloaded. Is this normal behavior?
We noticed this for Linux while testing, but decided it was better to get the beta out sooner. The problem doesn't seem to affect Windows or Mac OS.

I've added http://bugs.activestate.com/show_bug.cgi?id=72163 to track this. Haven't yet dug in to see why the partial update is failing.
