Auto Update on Vista Fails (even with Admin Priv) :(

OS: Windows Vista

Anyone know how to make the auto-update work on Vista?

I am currently having to uninstall through the Control Panel and reinstall to update to latest version.

Always fails with the "can't update files" message even when starting KE with admin priv. Think the same thing happens with firefox as well so might be a Mozilla prob rather than KE specific :(

I also can't find (not that i've looked that hard) the files the auto updater downloads to try and trigger them directly with admin priv.

Any help would be good :)

Check your proxy settings

Are you behind a proxy? If so have a look at:

Edit|Preferences|Web & Browser|Connection -> Settings

... and see if it's configured properly for your network.
