It's pretty simple, but I took the time to document it so that this can serve as a reference to other [potential] extension authors.</p> <p>If you're interested, you should unzip the xpi (and the nested jar) and take a look.</p> <p>The extension, itself, adds a new option to the context menu of the editor pane, "Copy Encoded", which spawns a sub-menu for "HTML" or "URL", which, when activated, copy the selection as HTML encoded data, or URL encoded data, respectively.</p> <p>I, personally, find this very useful.
