 <description>&lt;p&gt;but as long as your custom build retains binary compatibility with ActivePerl, there is a good chance it will work.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Can you use a custom build of Perl with PerlApp?</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is it possible to use a custom build of Perl (Activestate source) and use it with PerlApp? We were thinking of trying the following:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Using the Intel compiler (with the aim of getting a few extra % in performance)
&lt;li&gt;Extending the main Perl structure so we can attach one of our own structures (again for performance reasons).
