I have the same problem with PerlTray. Balloons ignores the TIMEOUT.

I'm working with PDK 6.0, Perl 5.8.8 Build 817 and Windows XP.

Saprissa!!

We're using PerlTray's Balloon() function to display some information about our program. Recently this started not to disappear any more. The timeout previously was set to 1. According to the documentation this should display the balloon for the minimum 10 seconds. But it doesn't go away. I then changed to 11 seconds, but still no joy.

While we didn't update neither Perl (5.8.8) nor PDK (7.0.0 - where can I get 7.0.2?) we did do changes to our code. Is it possible that problems with our code can lead to the balloon hiding to be broken?
