creating repository

This should be simple enough. I am very much a beginner with my Perl familiarity. I need to create a restore document for a perl environment and I want to know hwo to create my own repository of pm modules I have installed. Questions 1
What files must I have to allow someone to do a fresh install of the packages already installed in my current environment?
I would like to build a local repository of the packages so that the DR person can install active state, start ppm, point it to a local repository and intall the packages. Can someone provide some quidence in this?

My main question is what to put in the repository. Since ppm just installs stuff over the internet I dont know what files it deals with. Are there copies in the perl directory? What are they? Can I just copy them to my DR repository?

Thank You for any advice
