 <description>&lt;p&gt;Well, I am not that convicted of komodo ide, lacks a lot features. If you used vs before you miss dockable ui very much. I find visual studio better. For C++, VB, C# and Ruby it`s really fun to use it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I found some visual studio languange addin once on your page. Who could create an and tcl addin for visual studio if not you? An initial version wouldn`t need much, just syntax highlight, project addin, intellisense, console and refactoring.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Don`t know if you create software because of request of individuals. How many $ you would want?&lt;/p&gt;
